Glass Technologys 3M Trizact glass restoration discs use a 5 step process depending on the depth of the scratched glass. The discs are color coated based on aggression. These progressions are from most aggressive to polish starting with GREEN, PINK, BLUE, ORANGE, AND WHITE. In order to achieve effective results users must progress down through the aggressions uniformly from whatever aggression or color is initially used. Example: If damage is removed with the blue aggression a user must then progress to orange followed by white in order to achieve a final result. Green Disc (Coarse) used to remove heavy scratching from glass surfaces, available in 3 and 5 inch. Can be purchased individually or in 25, 50, and 100 pack quantities. Features: 3m Trizact 35 micron 5 inch Diameter with center hole for option water feed machines. Individual. Pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing. Attached to any 5 inch diameter PSA type backing pad. Great for removing heavy/deep scratches in glass surfaces and many other surfaces. 3m 20 micron, 10 micron, 5 micron and polishing disc must follow this disc in this order for final clarity on glass surfaces. 5 inch Trizact material works great for repairing larger damage on glass surfaces.
