Capacitor discharge ignition (CDI module) or ignitor is used on very many gas scooters, ATVs, dirt bikes, and go-karts with modern 4-stroke GY6/QMB139 or Honda-style engines. This ignitor is a commonly used scooter module in the motorsports industry. This style of connector CDI is used by Baja Motorsports, Roketa, Schwinn, Tank, TNG, Vento, X-Treme, and many more manufacturers and brands of scooters. This CDI module is commonly used on todays popular medium to large engine sizes of 50cc, 125cc, and 150cc and has a 6-pin rounded connector as pictured.
