This replacement seat cover fits Polaris Indy 500 1995-99 and Indy 440 1994-98. The hole for the filler nozzle must e cut once the seat cover is completely installed, we cannot pre-cut this hole ecause no two seat covers will ever install exactly the same position, it must e cut once the seat cover is completely installed.
