Sometimes its better to emphasize a seam than to try to hide it. This bit does just that, applying a neat decorative V-groove along the line of the seam. Since you no longer have to sand the joint perfectly flush as you would with a typical flush trim bit, you also cut down on a lot of sanding. Just a pass or two with a palm sander is enough to remove any mill marks. Ideal for trimming cabinet fframes flush with the cabinet sides.
